Mark your calendars and pack your purple pride—EXSSA CANADA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is officially set for Friday, June 27 to Sunday, June 29 in the heart of the capital region, Ottawa-Gatineau. Join us for an unforgettable weekend dedicated to sisterhood, growth, and legacy.

🗓 Weekend Highlights:

Friday, June 27

We welcome our members to the beautiful Homewood Suites by Hilton Ottawa Airport. The festivities begin with a delicious communal dinner at 7 PM, opening a weekend of connection and joy.

Saturday, June 28

We dive into a full day of reflection and celebration. Breakfast and lunch will be hosted at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Ottawa Airport. In between we’ll have a moment of self care and reflection at the Rania Beauté & Spa, followed by our AGM at 3 PM—a vital gathering to shape our organization’s path forward.

We are honoured to announce that Mrs. Lydie Bokally, Cultural Attaché representing the High Commissioner, will grace us with her presence. She will present certificates and awards to distinguished EXSSA CANADA members, recognizing their exceptional dedication and contributions to our sisterhood. We’ll continue the evening at the OCNG meeting at 7 PM

Sunday, June 29

We wrap up our weekend with a 10 AM church service at St. Timothy Presbyterian Church, followed by fellowship, refreshments, and warm farewells.
